Nano solid lubricants give benefits such as friction reduction and also WS2 nano-fullerenes exfoliate tribofilm and crate a multi- layers. Thanks to this effect, defective metal surfaces are reconditioned and machine efficiency are maximized.

  • Why are nano special lubricants necessary?

    Fullerenes created from nano WS2 particles continuously fill up defective metal surfaces. At the same time, they build high performance protective tribofilms after a certain period time of machine operation. Thereby overall mechanical efficiency and productivity are improved and maintenance expenses are curtailed.

Featuring a unique "dual action" effect: multi-layer WS2 nanospheres lower friction and heat, thereby reducing mechanical wear.
